"This was an experience that I will remember for years to come"
Last month, i was given the amazing opportunity to go watch the Live Cast Recording of the Brooklyn Soundtrack! I entered the studio not having any idea of what to expect and my friend had already seen Brooklyn the previous week. They recorded the entire CD in an hour and a half, stopping only three times. It amazed me how perfect it was and how they made absolutely no mistakes! Watching Eden and Ramona sing really motivated me to continue pursuing my own dream.. being the star on a broadway stage! I immediately knew that for my 18th birthday.. this was what i wanted to see!
My mother decided to see Brooklyn before i did, and she brought me home a signed poster which i plan to hang up in my room very soon!
I came home and told my mother that i wanted 15 tickets to see Brooklyn The Musical and knew that I probably wasnt going to be able to get the best seats. She came come with 15 front row mezzanine seats and i was thrilled! On my birthday, we watched the show and i still was as amazed as when i saw the live cast recording and even more! The costumes were so creative and mesmerizing! All my friends came out of the show stunned and feeling like new people! But nothing influenced me as much as Eden Espinosa's voice did! I really have been trying to perfect my voice so i could hit some of those unreal notes she hit. It was an honor to shake her hand after the show and tell her how amazing i thought she was. This was an experience that i will remember for years to come! I recommend this show to people of all ages and you really are missing out if you dont see it. |
